90 days to 500km Challenge

So one of my new year resolutions is to make healthy decisions. This includes but not limited to relationships, exercise, food and work. I have not been exercising consistently and this year 2017 I have decided to do something about it hence the walking/running 500km in 90days challenge. So today is day 28 and i have decided why enjoy alone, need some encouragement and some cheering up.


Anyone from anywhere can join in the fun and we can be fit together. The challenge started on 27  February 2017 and ends on Friday the 26th of May 2017. only people who are overweight and have not been exercising for a longtime or who hate exercising will understand the struggle of walking approximately 39 km a week.

I know i will make it and if you need encouragement lets do this together. You can post pictures on the comment threads and lets see you doing the challenge. Get friends to join in the fun.


  1. You have to be on track with the aim of exercising, Loitering around the mall does not count.
  2. The aim is to walk / run 500 km in 90 days cumulative. Be honest to yourself and use a tracking system to track your distance. Post your screenshot on the comments daily or as you exercise
  3. Don’t be so hard on yourself, take time to breathe and remember the goal is to keep fit.
